The first and most critical, is the LOAD-IN shift, helping vendors set up their tables from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. If you are unable to volunteer for the full shift, an hour or two would be fine.
If you choose to volunteer for the early shift, there will be free breakfast provided. Breakfast is only for those who are helping move everyone into their respective spaces.
The CLEANUP shift will start at approximately 4 p.m. We will only need a few volunteers (maybe 5 or 6).
Tables! If your group has a kid-friendly activity that they would like to do at a table (face painting, sand art, coloring pages, etc.), we would love for you to claim a spot!
We will reimburse up to $25.00 for each group for any supplies/expenses—you just have to bring us a receipt.
